Bill (William Thomas Jr.), is the oldest son of former president W.T. Jeffers. Following the death of his father in 2012, Bill, at age 62, succeeded W.T. as the president of World Changers International Ministries.

Bill had assisted his father at World Changers since 1965 when he was a high school senior, directing summer camps in Oklahoma and New Mexico. He graduated from the University of Tulsa in 1970 where he lettered in football and earned a degree in Journalism.

Following his graduation from the University of Tulsa, Bill and his wife Kaye (now deceased) joined World Changers fulltime. Bill became editor of all World Changers’ publications. In 2017, Bill received a Master of Theology Degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.

In 2016, Bill married Rev. Dr. Jeanne Pearson, a retired Methodist minister. Jeanne has become a frequent chapel speaker and counselor for World Changers’ camps and other youth activities.
